Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إحدى وسائل نظم الحكم والإدارة في الإمبراطورية الكارولنجية، وهو نظام المبعوث الملكي، الذي كان له دور كبير وفعال في إحكام السيطرة على الإمبراطورية ككل وبخاصة في فترة حكم شارلمان. وعليه حاولت الدراسة التطرق إلى ماهية المبعوث الملكي، وحقيقة إذا كان له دور فعال وتأثير مباشر على أداء الإدارة الكارولنجية، وإلى أي مدى روض الكارولنجيون سلطة ونفوذ الحكام المحليين (الكونتات) الطامحة، عن طريق المزايا التي منحها الملك أو الإمبراطور الكارولنجي للمبعوث الملكي. كما رصدت الدراسة التغيرات التي طالت نظام المبعوث الملكي، ومدى تأثرها بالتطورات السياسية والاجتماعية التي واكبت تطور النظام الإقطاعي في الغرب الأوربي عامة وفي العالم الكارولنجي خاصة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022
