Overview
اهتم القدماء بمناسبة الأوزان للأغراض الشعرية، فتتنوع بتنوع تلك الأغراض، والوزن الذي قد يصلح لهذا الغرض قد لا يصلح لذاك قد احتوى هذا البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. شملت المقدمة: أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف الدراسة، والمنهج المتبع، والدراسات السابقة. - وأما التمهيد فاحتوى على الشاعر في سطور وأهم المفاهيم والمصطلحات. -أما المبحث الأول فجاء بعنوان: دائرة المختلف أو الطويل. - وأما المبحث الثاني فجاء بعنوان: دائرة المؤتلف أو الوافر. - بينما جاء المبحث الثالث بعنوان: دائرة المجتلب أو الهزج. -في حين جاء المبحث الرابع بعنوان: دائرة المشتبه أو السريع. -وأخيرا: احتوت الخاتمة على أهم النتائج والتوصيات. -وقد ذيلت البحث بقائمة بأهم المصادر والمراجع.
