Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى نقل موضوع التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي من الجانب النظري إلى الجانب العملي، مما يسمح لنا بتجريب دقة النماذج ذات القدرة التنبئية بالتعثر ميدانياً وعلى بيئة العمل الجزائرية، وعليه تم اختيار \"نموذج Taffler الثاني\" موضع تطبيق على المؤسسات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر للأوراق المالية للفترة الممتدة ما بين (2015- 2019)، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذا النموذج يمكنه استشعار الخطر بصورة مقبولة، وعلى النقيض تمت ملاحظة عدة نقاط ضعف تمنعه من تحقيق النجاح المطلق في التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي.
