Overview
مراعاة للطبيعة القانونية لهيئات الضمان الاجتماعي لكونها هيئات تخضع للتشريع التجاري في علاقتها مع الغير، أجاز المشرع لها اللجوء إلى مصالح الضرائب قصد تحصيل اشتراكاتها عندما تمتنع المؤسسات المستخدمة عن تقديمها في مواعيد استحقاقها، وهو ما تضمنته المواد من 47 إلى 50 من القانون رقم 08-08 المتعلق بمنازعات الضمان الاجتماعي.
