Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان ترجيحات الإمام البيهقي في كتابه (الخلافيات في كتاب الصدقات)، دراسة فقهية مقارنة، وقد درستها دراسة فقهية مقارنة، إذ قمت بدراسة المسائل الفقهية التي اختلف فيها الإمام الشافعي والإمام أبي حنيفة في باب الصدقات ودرست المسائل دراسة فقهية مقارنة على سبعة مذاهب، هي: الحنفية، والشافعية، والمالكية، والحنابلة، والظاهرية، والزيدية، والإمامية، ثم بيان ما رجحه الإمام البيهقي (رحمه الله)، إذ بلغت مسائل الإمام البيهقي في الصدقات مسائل كثيرة.
