Overview
يتناول البحث مفهوم الجسد في السياقين؛ العدلي، والأنطولوجي، في الإسلام. ويحاول الباحث استكشاف هذا المفهوم من خلال أصول الفقه على المستويات القيمية، والمعرفية، والوجودية. ويبلور البحث مفهومي ((الحق))، و((الجسد))، وما يرتبط بهما من مفاهيم في الإطار الأصولي، مثل ((الفطرة))، و((العقل))، و((الجسم)). ويحاول الباحث بعد هذا الاستكشاف أن يستشرف تأسيسا فلسفيا لمفهوم ((الجسد الطبيعي)) بديلا عن ((الجسد الكلي))، الذي ساد في الفكر الأصولي التقليدي، من خلال دراسة جماليات الجسد، والجسد السالب، وحافة الجسد (التعذيب). ويختتم البحث بالنتائج، والمناقشة. ويستعمل الباحث المنهج المقارن، والمنهج الظاهراتي، بشكل أساسي.
