يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة الشذوذ في الفتاوى الأسباب والعلاج دراسة فقهية تأصيلية، وهو موضوع خطير وهام لاسيما في هذا العصر الذي رق فيه الوازع الديني وطغت عليه المادية، فأصبح من لا بضاعة له يفتي في شأن العامة، وقد تحدث الباحث عن الشذوذ في الفتوى وعلاجه وآثاره ونماذج من الفتاوى الشاذة، كما تحدث فيه عن أهمية الإفتاء وشروط المفتي والتحذير من الإفتاء بدون علم والتسرع في الفتاوى وتتبع الأقوال الضعيفة في المذاهب الفقهية.
