Overview
تجسد القواعد النقدية سلوك البنك المركزي في توجيه السياسة النقدية من أجل تحقيق هدف الاستقرار الاقتصادي، ومن أبرز تلك القواعد نجد قاعدة TAYLOR والتي تعكس كيفية استجابة معدل الفائدة (السياسة النقدية) للتغيرات على مستوى الأسعار والنمو لتحقيق الهدف المرجو، ونهدف من خلال هذه الورقة تقدير قاعدة نقدية على شكل قاعدة TAYLOR بشكليها الأولي والمطور بالنسبة للجزائر خلال الفترة (2018 Q4-1994 Q1) باستخدام طريقة العزوم المعممة (GMM)، وخلصت النتائج إلى أنه بالرغم من توجيه بنك الجزائر معدلات الفائدة لتحكم في مستوى الأسعار وفق الصيغة مطورة للقاعدة (Augmented Taylor rule) واستجابته لمختلف التغيرات على مستوى التضخم والناتج، إلا أن طبيعة الهيكل الاقتصادي في الجزائر يفرض تأثيره السلبى على مسار السياسة.
