Overview
ترجع أهمية النفقات العامة إلى كونها الأداء التي تستخدمها الدولة في تحقيق الأهداف التي تسعى إليها، فهي تعكس كافة جوانب الأنشطة العامة. وبذلك فإن الفكر المالي الحديث أصبح ينظر للنفقة العامة نظرة مختلفة تماماً، فهي نفقة إيجابية، الهدف منها تحقيق آثار اقتصادية، اجتماعية وسياسية، بجانب آثارها المالية.
