Overview
تعاني تربة منطقة الدراسة من عدة مشاكل تظهر على شكل تخسفات وتشققات في الطرق وتشبع التربة بالمياه مما يقلل من قابلية التربة على تحمل الضغط، تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على تربة قضاء الكرخ بالاعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية التي شملت (6) عينات من التحليلات الفيزيائية أن التربة تحتوي نسب مختلفة من (الطين والرمل والغرين) إذ بلغت النسب (52%،45 %، #3) على التوالي، وبلغ معدل حد السيولة (39%) أما معدل حد اللدونة فقد بلغ (20.6%) أما معدل معامل اللدونة فقد بلغ (19.2%).
