Overview
ينطلق التطوير التنظيمي عبر التركيز على الجانب الأساسي في المؤسسة التعليمية على اعتبار أنه يتم بتغير الاتجاهات والقيم والهيكل التنظيمي بالإضافة إلى الممارسات الإدارية من أجل تحسين أداء المؤسسة، ولا شك أن التطوير التنظيمي يحتاج إلى جهد حتى يحقق أهدافه والتي بدورها تنعكس على قدرة المؤسسة التعليمية، وعليه فإن التطوير التنظيمي يساعد المؤسسة التعليمية على مواجهة التعليمات من خلال مشاركة كافة الأطراف المعنية في حل مشكلاتها مع الالتزام بالمعايير العالمية المتعارف عليها في مجال التطوير.
