يعالج موضوع المقال الأنثروبولوجيا اللغوية واهتمامها بمناقشة القضايا اللغوية الكثيرة أهمها علاقة اللغة والتواصل بالثقافة والمجتمع. ولذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في ماهية نظرية \"الأنثروبولوجيا اللغوية \"وقضاياها وملامح العلاقة بين اللغة والثقافة. وإبراز أهمية البحث اللغوي لفهم الأنثروبولوجيا في المجتمعات البشرية، ومحاولة الكشف عن كيفية تأثر الأشكال اللغوية بالعناصر أو المكونات الثقافية للمجتمع.
