سعى البحث إلى التعرف على قانون الالتزامات والعقود، قراءة ميتودولوجية في مبررات التعديل ومنهجية الإصلاح. وقسم البحث إلى مبحثين، تطرق الأول إلى تعديل قانون الالتزامات والعقود وقفة عند مبررات التعديل. وأشار الثاني إلى تعديل قانون الالتزامات والعقود يحتاج إلى منهج قائم على نقد تشريعي عقلاني وعلمي، ومنهجية تعتمد إصلاحاً شاملاً لا إصلاحاً جزئياً أو تجزيئي. وأختتم البحث بالإشارة إلى تعديل النظريات والمبادئ والقواعد والأحكام التي ثبت عجزها وقصورها عن مواكبة مستجدات الحياة، فقد وردت في القانون مسائل مجملة تحتاج إلى تفصيل ولا يجدي فيها الترقيع، كما لم يشمل مواضيع أخري هامة، وما نص عليه من مواضيع أخري أهمل فيها الأحكام الخاصة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022\"
