Overview
تتناول الدراسة سفر دانيال المدون باللغة الآرامية القديمة والتي تسمى آرامية العهد القديم التي دون بها اليهود أخبار الاضطهاد الذي تعرضوا له على يد البابلين وأخبار سقوط بابل على يد الفرس أيام بيلشفر ثم أخبار عودتهم وبناء الهيكل الذي دمره نبوخذ نصر، كما دون اليهود بها الرسائل المتبادلة مع الإدارة الفارسية بهذا الشأن. وقد ركزت الدراسة على الجانب اللغوي المقارن بين النص الآرامي وترجمته السريانية. بعد عقد المقارنة اللغوية بين عدة ظواهر وردت في النص الآرامي والنص السرياني تبين ما يلي: - وجود بعض الظواهر اللغوية المشتركة بين النصين سواء كان في الصرف أم الأصوات أم التركيب. - كما يوجد هناك أيضا بعض الظواهر اللغوية الأخرى المختلفة بين النصين.
