هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة علاقة التعاطف بالرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، والفروق في مهارة التعاطف والرضا الوظيفي وفقا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من (60) معلمة من روضات الأطفال الخاصة في مدينة اللاذقية، وتم استخدام مقياس التعاطف من إعداد ستيكال (SteckaI, 1994) ترجمة الباحثة، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمة رياض الأطفال من إعداد هيبة (2016)، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من التعاطف والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين التعاطف والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمة رياض الأطفال، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التعاطف والرضا الوظيفي وفقا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأكبر.
