Overview
سلط المقال الضوء على التقويم الشمسي. تحدث المقال عن السنة الشمسية والتقويم الميلادي؛ فالسنة الشمسية تساوي (365.25) يوما تقريبًا أي (52 أسبوعًا)؛ وبسبب اليوم الزائد على الأسابيع تبدأ السنة التالية بتكرار أو توالي أو تعاقب أيام رؤوس السنوات كل ( 7 سنوات) ، ثم إن تراكم ربع اليوم (0.25 يوم) ينشأ عنه يوم كامل كل (4 سنوات) يضاف إلى شهر شباط؛ فيصبح (29 يومًا) ويجعل السنة كبيسة (366 يومًا)، أما السنوات الكبيسة هي التي يقبل العدد المؤلف من آحادها وعشراتها القسمة على (4)، ولولا وجودها لما كانت سنوات الدهر كلها متماثلة تمامًا، وتوالى أيام سنة كبيسة أو بسيطة بتواريخها يتكرر كل (28 سنة)، واختتم المقال بالإشارة إلى أن المجالات الزمنية التي تبدأ بسنة كبيسة تنتهي بسنة عادية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2022
