Overview
عرف العراق منذ القدم بأنه بلد الحضارات التي أقيمت على أرضه وأولى لبنات حضارته هي مدنه من شماله إلى جنوبه، ومنه انتشرت في العالم فكرة بناء المدن فهي مراكز إشعاع للعلم والإبداع والتطور، وكربلاء المقدسة واحدة من تلك المدن التي سعى إلى توثيق تراثها أبناؤها ومحبوها، وكان من أبرزهم السيد سلمان هادي آل طعمة الذي أجرى قلمه في كل نواحيها؛ العلمية والأدبية والاجتماعية والعمرانية، فحاز قصب السبق في ميدانه، وكانت جهوده محمودة، تنوعت بين تأليف وتحقيق، مطبوع ومخطوط، منشور وقيد النشر، جهود تحاكي صورة كربلاء المقدسة.
