الحمد لله رب العالمين وأفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. يتناول هذا البحث المسائل الأصولية التي نقل الزركشي الاتفاق عليها في مباحث المفهوم-دراسة تطبيقية-وقد تناول هذا البحث التعريف بالمفهوم، وذكر المسائل المتفق عليها المتعلقة به مع بيان المقصود من كل مسألة، وذكر أقوال العلماء في نفس المسألة سواء إن كانوا ذاكرين للاتفاق أم مؤيدين، مع إعطاء أمثلة لكل مسألة من المسائل، وبيان ما كان من المسائل متفقا عليها، وما لم يكن.
