Overview
تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبات الجامعية على وجه الخصوص، وهذا لما لها من تأثير إجابي على تسيير المكتبة بالشكل المطلوب وبالتالي تمكينها من تحقيق أهدافها التي تستمدها في الأساس من أهداف الجامعة ككل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مكتبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة باتنة1، تسعي جاهدة لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة بها، وذلك من خلال تبنيها لمشروع المكتبة الإلكترونية.
