Overview
يعد التراث الأثري بمختلف أنواعه من المقومات الإنسانية التي تعبر عن رقي الأمم والحضارات، ويعتبر إقليم توات بأدرار أحد هذه الحواضر المهمة لاحتوائها على أماكن تواجد المخطوط متمثلة في الخزائن المنتشرة فيها، ولأن المخطوطات، هشة ويصعب التعامل معها، وكذا تعرضها لعوامل التلف بمختلف أنواعها، كان لزاما على الدولة الجزائرية اتخاذ تدابير من شأنها المحافظة على المخطوط من شأنها النهوض بهذا التراث، لجرده وإحصاء الخزائن التي تحتوي على هذا التراث على مستوى الولاية إضافة إلى العمل على تهيئة بعض الخزائن لتكون مثلا يحتذى به.
