Overview
عمل المستدمر الفرنسي منذ احتلاله للجزائر على مصادرة الأراضي بوسائل وأساليب مختلفة، بهدف تشجيع الحركة الاستيطانية، وتنشيط الاقتصاد الفرنسي، ومن أبرز الأساليب التي استعملها سنة لترسانة من القوانين والتشريعات المجحفة، والتي مكنته من بسط يده على أملاك الجزائريين، ومن أخطر هذه القوانين وأسوءها قانون الغابات المؤرخ في 09 ديسمبر 1885م.
