Overview
تعد الجزاءات الإدارية العامة من العقوبات التي ظهرت حديثا لمواجهة بعض الجرائم التي لا يستأهل مواجهتها بالجزاءات الجنائية نظرا لقلة خطورتها وجسامتها في نظر المجتمع وإنما يكفي مواجهتها بجزاء إداري عام توقعه الإدارة دون اللجوء إلى القضاء، تتميز الجزاءات الإدارية العامة بذاتيتها الخاصة فهي قرارات إدارية فردية تصدرها الإدارة للعقاب على مخالفة بعض القوانين واللوائح مما يجعل لها كيان مستقل عن كافة صور الجزاءات الأخرى، وتتمثل الجزاءات الإدارية العامة بالجزاءات المالية (الغرامة والمصادرة) والجزاءات الغير مالية (سحب الترخيص، وقف النشاط، غلق المنشأة، الإزالة الإدارية، نشر الحكم، طرد وأبعاد الأجنبي).
