Overview
نظرا لأهميتها الجيواستراتيجية ووضعها الجغرافي السياسي، فقد أصبحت المنطقة العربية، طوال مراحل تشكيلها، ساحة للمنافسة والصراع بين القوى الإقليمية والعربية غير الفاعلة والجهات الفاعلة لأن كل من هذه القوى تحمل منظورا ورؤية استراتيجية كبرى نحو المنطقة العربية تهدف من خلالها إلى تحقيق مشروع هيمنتها في المنطقة. تزامن ذلك مع غياب أو عدم وجود استراتيجية أو رؤية عربية موحدة لمنع حدوث ذلك.
