هدفت هذه الدراسة لاختبار مستوى وأثر التمكين الإداري في الفاعلية التنظيمية في مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل -بسكرة، وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث شملت عينة البحث 62 موظف إداري، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتمكين الإداري ب أبعاده الخمسة (الاستقلالية، التدريب، الاتصال الفعال، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، التحفيز) على الفاعلية التنظيمية في المؤسسة المبحوثة.
