Overview
According to the decision assumed in Souf Foundation, different and contradictory goals of the productive foundation must be carefully reconciled, particularly in terms of deadlines, quality, production volumes, and costs. With successive technological developments and to meet this administration's increasing needs for information to make optimal decisions in the areas of production process planning and control, the development of mathematical and statistical sciences played a significant role in determining a quantitative method aimed at achieving the best possible use of economic resources available and limited in nature.
