Overview
تواجه الأسرة المسلمة في عالمنا عددا من العراقيل التي تحول بينها وبين الوصول إلى أداء وظيفتها الطبيعية، لعل أبرزها تلك الهجمات الشرسة المتمثلة في المؤتمرات الدولية التي تفرز تشريعات تتعارض جملة وتفصيلا مع عناصر هوية الأسرة، وأسس بنائها؛ وقد أثارت تلك القرارات حفيظة كثير من الجهات الرسمية في العالم الإسلامي، فأبدت اعتراضها عليها، وطالبت بوجوب مقاطعتها وحتمية الإعراض عن توصياتها، وفي هذا البحث عرض لأبرز تلك المؤتمرات والقرارات؛ مع بيان للموقف الشرعي منها.
