Overview
تعد ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال من الظواهر الإجرامية الخطيرة التي اكتسحت مجتمعنا ودقت ناقوس الخطر وأصبحت تهدد كيانه، وهي جريمة دخيلة على المجتمع الجزائري، حيث يعتبر الطفل المكون الأساسي للأسرة، وأي اعتداء عليه وعلى سلامته هو بمثابة مساس بالأسرة ككل، وهذه الجريمة هي سلوك يرفضه ويعاقب عليه القانون الدولي عامة والقانون الجزائري خاصة لكونها تتنافى مع القيم والمبادئ السامية للمجتمع الجزائري إضافة لما لها من انعكاسات ومخلفات ولآثار سلبية على الطفل والأسرة والمجتمع.
