تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على القواعد المنهجية الماركسية في تحليل حدث انتصار الثورة الإسلامية في إيران، وامتداد هذه الأفكار إلى التيارات السياسية داخل المجتمع الإيراني. يستكشف هذا المقال أسباب نشأة منظمة مجاهدي خلق وأهدافها السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية أثناء الثورة وبعدها، ويظهر تأييد المنظمة للمرجعية الدينية الشيعية في بداية الثورة ثم انقلابها وانغماسها في الفكر الماركسي، ويرصد انتهاج المنظمة لأسلوب الكفاح المسلح وموقف الحكومة الإيرانية والمجتمع الدولي منها.
