Overview
يسعى هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة المتلازمات اللفظية باعتبارها سمة من سمات النص القانوني، نتناول في المقام الأول الخصائص الرئيسة للنص القانوني ومن ثم نحاول تقديم تعريف للمتلازمة اللفظية عموما والمتلازمة اللفظية القانونية خصوصا مع ذكر مختلف الأشكال التي يمكن أن تتجسد فيها، وفي الأخير، سنعنى بالترجمة العربية للمتلازمات القانونية المستخدمة في اللغة الفرنسية وذلك بغرض تقفي أثر هذه المتلازمات عند نقلها إلى لغة الضاد.
