تناول الباحث في هذا البحث الموسوم بفلسطين أرض وقف إسلامي، مكانة الوقف في فلسطين، وتمسك الفلسطينيين بأرضهم المباركة، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ببيان ارتباط المسلمين ببيت المقدس، ومواقفهم المشرفة بالرباط فيه. وانتظم عقد البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، حيث تناول التمهيد تعريف الوقف في اللغة والاصطلاح، ومكانة الوقف في فلسطين، أما المبحث الأول فتضمن ارتباط المسلمين ببيت المقدس، وتناول المبحث الثاني مواقف مشرفة للفلسطينيين المرابطين بأرضهم المباركة، والخاتمة وجاء فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
