Overview
The research aimed at measuring the quality of the job quality of workers in sports institutions in the State of Kuwait by identifying the fields and arranging the areas of quality of the job quality of the workers in sports institutions in the State of Kuwait, and the researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method on a sample of (140) workers in sports institutions in the State of Kuwait, And one of the research tools: a measure of job quality, prepared by the researcher. Among the most important results: 1- The quality of the job quality of the workers in sports institutions in the State of Kuwait came to a large degree (70.78%), where the fields came in the following order: - The level of the social relations field came to a large degree, at a rate of (76.80%). - The level of the field of security and occupational health came to a large degree (75.00%). - The level of the field of promotion and career advancement came to a large degree (70.20%). - The level of safety and job stability came to a large degree (68.80%). - The level of wages and salaries came to a moderate degree of (63.10%).
