يعد تطبيق نموذج النافذة الواحدة في تحسين جودة أداء الخدمة دورًا هامًا، وجوهريا في نجاح تسهيل التجارة، وبعد تقليل اجراءات العمل هو أهم الأهداف الأساسية في منظومة النافذة الواحدة في تحسين جودة اداء الخدمة من خلال الاستغلال الأمثل للوقت المتاح، وتقليل اجراءات العمل الغير ضرورية بما يحقق جودة الأداء، ونجاح العمل، وتطوير نماذج الأداء لمنظمات الأعمال لمواكبة التغير في بيئة الأعمال وخاصة الحكومية، و مكافحة الفساد، ومن ثم تحقيق الميزة التنافسية والتنمية الإدارية في القطاعات التجارية، والصناعية الحكومية.
