Overview
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى الوقوف على واحدة من تحديات المدرسة الجزائرية، والتي تتعلق بظاهرة التنمر المدرسي، والتي تعبر عن سلوكيات عدوانية مختلفة ومتكررة تهدف إلى إيذاء الآخر جسديا أو معنويا من قبل التلاميذ، وذلك بالقول أو الفعل للسيطرة على الضحية وإذلالها ونيل مكتسبات غير شرعية منها، هذه الظاهرة التي تفشت في مدارسنا بشكل مخيف، حيث استهدفت التلاميذ والمعلمين ولم يسلم منها حتى الطاقم الإداري. لذا لزم منا كتربويين البحث في حيثياتها، محدداتها، مظاهر التنمر الممارسة وكذا البحث عن الحلول والعلاجات لمواجهتها.
