Overview
هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام (IPSAS)، ومعرفة الهدف من وضعها وإيجابيات تطبيقها في المؤسسات العمومية، وبيان مدى مساهمتها في تعزيز عمل الموازنة الصفرية، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطى البسيط، وبعد معالجة وتحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS). خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تبني وتطبيق معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام يساهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز عمل الموازنة الصفرية.
