هدف هذا المقال إلى محاولة تحديد المفهوم النظري للولاء التنظيمي باعتباره ظاهرة تنظيمية من خلال المضامين النظرية وتبعا لتطور هذه الأخيرة عبر مختلف المراحل الزمنية بدءا من النظرية الكلاسيكية ثم السلوكية، فالحديثة، حيث تم التطرق لموضوع الولاء التنظيمي اعتمادا على قراءة تحليلية لمضامين نظرية التنظيم التي سعت إلى معالجة مختلف الظواهر التنظيمية التي تحول دون تحقيق الأهداف والمرتبطة بمختلف مكونات التنظيم بشتى أبعادها.
