Overview
يتناول البحث حذف الأصفار الثلاثة من العملة العراقية باستخدام مصطلح (Redenomination)، للتأكيد على إن البحث يتناول تعديل القيمة الأسمية للدينار العراقي من خلال حذف الأصفار وليس التخفيض أو التبديل الجزئي له. لقد أمسى الدينار العراقي بحاجة إلى إصلاح يتم بإزالة أصفاره في نهاية المطاف، خاصة بعد تواجد كتلة نقدية تتميز بكثرة أصفارها وقلة قيمتها، ويمكن القول من خلال أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن البيئة الاقتصادية العراقية أصبحت مهيأة لهذا المشروع إذا ما توفرت الإرادة اللازمة من قبل المعنيين، فضلا عن اختيار التوقيت المناسب لذلك، كما سنرى في هذا البحث.
