هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الدعوى الناشئة عن الكمبيالة وشروط سقوطها. انقسم البحث إلى مبحثين، تناول المبحث الأول آجال سقوط الدعوى الناشئة عن الكمبيالة تامة الشروط. المبحث الثاني تقادم الدعوى الناشئة عن كمبيالة باطلة، وفيه فقرتان، الفقرة أولى تقادم الدعوى الناشئة عن كمبيالة باطلة بطلان نسبي، والفقرة الثانية تقادم الكمبيالة الباطلة بطلان مطلقا. أختتم البحث بالإشارة إلى الكمبيالة وإذا ما كانت تامة الشروط فإنها تتقادم بمضي ثلاث سنوات وإذا ما انقضت تلك الآجال فلها أن تكون سند مدني له مقام الحجة الرسمية وتتقادم الدعوى الناشئة عنه بمضي (15) سنة وإذا ما كانت باطلة فإنها تكون بداية حجة بالكتابة وتختلف حجيتها بحسب طبيعة البطلان فإن كان نسبيا. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022
