Overview
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة جرائم ذوي الياقات البيضاء في العراق وهم (السياسيون الإداريون) في أجهزة الدولة ووزاراتها ممن قاموا بجرائم فساد واستغلال السلطة، وقد أظهرت الدراسة شيوع هذه الجرائم وانتشارها في مختلف مؤسسات الدولة بحسب التقارير السنوية لهيئة النزاهة العراقية التي تم الاعتماد عليها في الدراسة، وكان من أبرز الجرائم التي قام بها السياسيون الإداريون (الرشوة، استغلال النفوذ، سرقة المال العام) ، وانعكست هذه الجرائم سلبياً على المجتمع العراقي من خلال انتشار الفقر والبطالة وسوء الخدمات وانعدام الأمن وضياع ثروات البلد التي تقدر بمئات المليارات من الدولارات.
