Overview
سعينا من خلال هذه الدراسة لتوضيح خصائص المعرفة وإدارة المعرفة التي تعتبر الأساس لخلق وتحويل المعرفة، حيث أنها تعتبر المركز الهام والجوهري في عملية التعلم التنظيمي، فهذا الأخير يحدد من خلال إدارة المعرفة، وذلك بهدف الوصول لمستوى الذكاء التنافسي المنشود؛ فالتنافسية تكون نتيجة لإدارة جيدة قائمة على عدة مقومات من بينها إدارة المعرفة والتعليم التنظيمي. ومن خلال التطرق لهذا الموضوع فإن الهدف هو لفت الانتباه لضرورة الفهم الواعي لمكانة المعرفة والتعلم في بناء ذكاء تنافسي للمنظمات في ظل تحليل مؤشرات المعرفة في العالم العربي.
