Overview
تناول هذا البحث مسألة رد السلام في الصلاة بالإشارة، وذلك بعرض الأحاديث الواردة في الباب، والكشف عن مدى قوتها الحديثية، وبيان الرؤية الفقهية لها من خلال ما يلي: 1-استعراض أراء العلماء في: ابتداء السلام على المصلي، وما يشرع لمن سلم عليه وهو يصلي، ورد السلام في الصلاة بالقول، وبالإشارة. 2-ذكر الأحاديث الواردة في هذا الموضوع، وما يتعلق بها رواية ودراية مما استدل به المانعون والمجيزون. وتوصل البحث إلى مشروعية رد السلام بالإشارة في الصلاة، وهو قول جمهور أهل العلم، المعتضد بقوة الأدلة الواردة، وأما عموم الإشارة في الصلاة لضرورة تعرض للمصلى فقد تواترت الأحاديث في جواز ذلك.
