هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الفروق بين المراهقين من الجنسين في اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد، وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من مقياس اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد (إعداد /الباحثة)، اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 100 طالب وطالبة ممن يدرسون بالصف الثاني الإعدادي (50 إناث من مدرسة بنات بعين شمس، 50 ذكور من مدرسة مصر الإعدادية بنين بعين شمس) وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (13-15)، وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات الذكور والإناث على مقياس اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد لصالح الذكور.
