Overview
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن تساؤل رئيس وهو: كيف يمكن تحويل نتائج الاختبارات الوطنية إلى سياسات تحقق جودة التعليم بشكل عام؟ وللإجابة عن ذلك التساؤل لابد من إطار قيمي حاكم وموجه لعملية تحليل نتائج التلاميذ، ثم بناء نموذج مركب كأداة لتحليل نتائج الاختبارات الوطنية، يتضمن مؤشرات لتحليل تلك النتائج على مستوي الماكرو والمايكرو، ثم توظيف تلك النتائج في تطوير سياسات تعليم فعالة.
