Overview
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة سياسة تسعير الخدمات العمومية للتزويد بمياه الشرب في الجزائر والمغرب، من خلال تحليل، تقييم ومقارنة السياسة التسعيرية المنتهجة في ظل القوانين المنظمة لقطاع المياه في البلدين. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تسعيرة مياه الشرب في البلدين مقننة ومدعمة من طرف الدولة، حيث أنها تتفق بشكل عام في الأهداف التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها، وتختلف في آلية وهيكل نظام التسعير، مما أثر بشكل متباين على العدالة الاجتماعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية بأفضلية المغرب.
