Overview
يتناول هذا البحث \"الشركات المساهمة التي تتعامل بالحرام\" لو أراد أصحابها التخلص من الحرام، فكيف يكون ذلك؟ وهل تستمر الشركة في العمل مع نيتها في التخلص من الحرام. ولتوضيح ذلك تناول البحث مفهوم الشركة في الفقه الإسلامي وأنواعها. وبين موقع الشركة المساهمة من هذه الشركات المعروفة عند الفقهاء، وبين مصادر أموالها، ثم وضع الآلية والحل المقترح للتخلص من الحرام، مع بقاء الشركة المساهمة تمارس نشاطها حتى لا يتأثر الاقتصاد المحلي أو أصحابها أو العاملون فيها، لأن الشريعة الإسلامية لا تعدم الوسيلة التي تحقق فيها مصالح العباد.
