Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح خلفيات وتبعات هجرة الكفاءات الجزائرية. حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي من أجل تحليل واقع هذه الكفاءات خلال الفترة الممتدة بين سنة 2000 إلى غاية سنة 2019. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم جملة من النتائج المترتبة عن فقدان الكفاءات وكذلك بعض الاقتراحات التي يمكن العمل بها من أجل تدارك الخسائر الناجمة عن ذلك.
