Overview
تتناول هذه الدراسة بحث التعبير عن الإدارة عبر الهاتف الخلوي، وطرق ذلك التعبير، كما تسلط الضوء على مدى قابلية القواعد العامة للانطباق على الإيجاب والقبول عبر الهاتف الخلوي، وحجية المكالمة الهاتفية الخلوية والرسائل الإلكترونية المرسلة عبر الهاتف الخلوي في إثبات التعاقد. وتكمن هذه الدراسة في مبحثين وخاتمة، تناولت في المبحث الأول التعبير عن الإدارة عن طريق الهاتف الخلوي؛ أما المبحث الثاني، فقد خصصته لمعالجة إثبات التعاقد عن طريق الهاتف الخلوي. وقد ختمت هذه الدراسة بخاتمة تناولت فيها أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها، وقدمت مقترحات وتوصيات تواكب ما يفرضه التطور التكنولوجي علينا من تحديات وآثار جمة.
