Overview
إن حق الإنسان في الصحة من الحقوق الأساسية التي تضمنتها مختلف المواثيق الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية، وتنبع أهمية هذا الحق من كونه عامل أساسي في تفعيل وصيانة باقي حقوق الإنسان، نظرا للطابع التكاملي الذي يميز منظومة حقوق الإنسان، حيث أن العناية بصحة الإنسان من الجانب الوقائي والعلاجي هي عامل مهم وحاسم في حفظ حق الإنسان في الحياة والكرامة والعمل والمشاركة السياسية وغيرها من الحقوق، وقد تأكدت هذه العلاقة في ظل جائحة كوفيد -19 التي تسببت في تضييق شديد على مختلف حقوق الإنسان، وخلقت تحديات جديدة للأمن الإنسان خاصة فيما يتعلق بفكرة \"الأمن الصحي العالمي\".
