Overview
يجمع الدارسون على أن الأدب على صلة وطيدة بأحاسيس المتلقين والمبدعين، ولا يمكنه الاستغناء عنها، فقديما ربط نقادنا بين الأدب وشعور صاحبه، وجعلوا هذا الشعور بكل ما يؤثر فيه من عوامل وظروف متحكما في الأدب وتفاوته. وسار الدارسون حديثا على الطريق نفسه، وأكدوا بدورهم على أن الأدب أساسه العاطفة، وانفعالات المبدعين ومن تلقى عنهم. والدرس النقدي بدوره ارتبط بالنفس، وقد عرف قدماؤنا دراسات نقدية نفسية، غير أنها كانت سطحية ولم ترق إلى علم مؤسس، أما في العصر الحديث فقد استلهم دارسونا ما جاد به علم النفس الغربي، واستطاعوا أن يبدعوا في الأدب ونقده، فكانت هناك دراسات متفردة ميزت الدراسة العربية، وجعلتها قائمة بذاتها.
