Overview
الانتهاكات التي تعرضت لها أقلية الروهينغيا في ميانمار، خاصة منذ 2017 بشكل ممنهج ومنظم، من قتل واحتجاز وتعذيب وعنف جنسي وتهجير قسري، وقيود على سبل العيش ...، بما يشكل إبادة جماعية وجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم حرب، مع تفشي سياسة الإفلات من العقاب على المستوى المحلي، دفع القضاء الدولي للتدخل، من أجل حماية هذه الأقلية ومنع تكرار الانتهاكات ضدها، وذلك من خلال بحث محكمة العدل الدولية في مدى مسؤولية ميانمار عن جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في مدى المساءلة عن بعض الجرائم كجريمة التهجير القسري.
