Overview
إن الأشخاص المعنوية أصبحت في العصر الحديث تمثل \"حقيقة إجرامية\" في مجالات عدة لاسيما مع تزايد أعدادها، وضخامة إمكانياتها وقدراتها، وما أضحت تمثله من قوة اجتماعية واقتصادية، مما جعلها قادرة على ارتكاب جرائم على درجة كبيرة من الخطورة تلحق بالمجتمع أضرارا جسيمة، تفوق بكثير الجرائم التي يرتكبها الأشخاص الطبيعيين، وهذا عند انحرافها عن الهدف الذي أنشئت لتحقيقه، لذلك وجب إقرار المسؤولية الجنائية لهذه الأشخاص للوصول إلى سياسة جنائية أكثر نجاعة، وفاعلية في مكافحة الإجرام.
